Firearms training classes ranging from basic pistol introduction for those with no experience, through permit to carry and law enforcement firearms training and qualification.

About Us
Guardian Defense LLC offers a variety of training opportunities for those who acknowledge the unfortunate growing dangers we face in our communities today. Classes offered range from one-hour classes to full eight-hour trainings which may include a mixture of both classroom guidance and live-fire range experience. Class sizes are limited to allow for safety and to provide a more personal training environment in which questions are encouraged.
As an instructor, one of my primary goals is to ensure that students feel comfortable to seek answers to any questions they had prior to attending the class, or any that they may encounter during it. Students will gain knowledge and confidence in understanding firearms, identifying, evaluating, and avoiding threats, the laws regarding legal use of force, how to safely handle firearms, and fundamental skills necessary for the defensive use of firearms with many topics in between.
Guardian Defense LLC offers a permit to carry and home defense class which upon completion, certifies the student to apply for a MN permit to carry. Guardian Defense LLC has a collection of one-hour mini-classes that break down various elements to self-defense which include not only how to prepare for and handle critical defense situations, but also how those events effect the body and the potential legal and financial aftermath. Guardian Defense LLC utilizes training curriculum offered from the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) for many of the classes offered, which helps to ensure up-to-date changes to the laws and information taught.
Guardian Defense LLC also offers firearms training for law enforcement agencies which includes a six-hour class that meets the annual MN POST credits for firearms including qualification. Non-POST classes for fine-tuning tactical firearms skills with both handgun and patrol rifle, as well as red dot pistol classes are also available upon request. These classes can be altered upon the agencies request prior to training to include drills that will target the skills and experience levels of the agency.
